Twelve questions, and ten of them are buttons.

Every word on those six drafts is either something you wrote or something I guessed. This is the guessing, laid out so you can knock it down. Tap through it and you are done. It saves as you go, so you can put it down and come back.

The one I cannot work out 0/1

Start here. This answer changes the designs more than anything else on the page.

The rainbow flower in your wireframe. Is that photograph yours to use? Needed To do

You asked for the flower in every direction, so all six have one. What they have is a drawn stand-in I made, because I do not know where yours came from and I will not put a photograph on your business without knowing that. Send me the original and it goes in tomorrow.

What you actually do 0/7

One tap each, and anything I have missed goes in the box at the bottom.

Seven services, one tap each To do

Your email and your wireframe list different services, so I kept everything from both and the tag on each row says which one it came from. The middle button is the useful one: it tells me what to put at the top, not just what is true.

  • Visual Identity Your email and your wireframe
  • Websites From your wireframe
  • Custom Signage From your wireframe
  • Storefronts & Vehicles From your email
  • Trade Shows Your wireframe, not your email
  • Publications Your email called it desktop publishing
  • Menus From your wireframe

Words I put in your mouth 0/5

These are on the drafts right now, in these exact words. Tell me the fact and the wording is my job.

The line that runs across the top of most of the designs To do
The drafts say We listen, create visual identity, draw first, then computer. Your brand is a personality.

Those are your words out of your brief, not mine. I have not touched them.

The paragraph about the studio To do
The drafts say Outer Graphics is a small design studio in East Lansing, right across from the MSU campus. We have been at it since 1999, more than twenty-five years of graphic design and marketing expertise for the businesses of greater Lansing.

One change I made without asking. Your wireframe says "over 20 years", which was true when it was written. You started in 1999 and it is 2026, so I put "more than twenty-five". Say the word and it becomes twenty-seven, or goes back.

The three bios I wrote for you To do
The drafts say Carrie Schaeffer, Owner & Lead Designer. Founded the studio in 1999 and still takes the first pencil to every identity that goes out the door. Cait Schneider, Senior Designer. Turns a rough sketch into a finished system, and will happily argue with you about kerning. Bonnie Kapushinski, Signage Master. Knows her stuff and is unfailingly kind about it. If it has to survive a Michigan winter, she has already thought of it.

The bios on your wireframe were inside jokes, and one of them swears. Funny in a studio, awkward on a page a stranger reads first. These are straight replacements and none of you have seen them.

    Pictures 0/3

The biggest hole in all six. You asked for portfolio focus and I have no portfolio.

Six portfolio slots, all empty. How do I get the work? Needed To do

Six is the shape I built. More is better, and I would rather have thirty and choose. Project name and what it was is plenty of caption, I do not need copy.

That work belongs to your customers too. Are they fine with it going up? Needed To do

Nothing identifying somebody else goes on the internet on my say-so.

Photographs of the three of you To do

Right now all three of you are generic silhouettes, which is the one part of the drafts that looks unfinished rather than unfilled.

    A few quick ones 0/2

All buttons. These decide what goes live and under what name.

Three quotes from customers To do

If you point me at your Google reviews I will pick three and show you before anything goes up.

The web address Needed To do

Every draft is built with outergraphics.com written into it as a guess. It is in the page code rather than on the screen, and it has to be right before launch.

The only two where you have to type 0/2

Sorry. These are the only two on the page.

Street address, phone, and the email you want on the site Needed To do
The drafts say 000 Grand River Ave, East Lansing, MI 48823. (517) 000-0000. hello@outergraphics.com

All three of those are made up, and they are on every draft, in the footer, and in the code Google reads. They are the last thing that has to be fixed before anybody sees this for real.

Anything I have got wrong, or missed completely? To do

Also worth telling me: anything you will not take on, so I can keep those calls away from you.

Done, or done for now? Hit send and it comes straight to me. Send again any time, it will not overwrite anything.
