The studio.

Outer Graphics is a small design studio in East Lansing, right across from the MSU campus. We have been at it since 1999, more than twenty-five years of graphic design and marketing expertise for the businesses of greater Lansing.

Small studio, personal touch. You work directly with the people doing the work, and nothing leaves here until it feels right.

    Menus designed to be legible in low light and to quietly steer diners toward your best dishes.

How we work.

  1. We listen

    Before anything else we sit down and find out what you actually do, who you do it for, and what you want people to feel about it.

  2. We draw first

    Pencil before pixels. Sketching is faster, looser and far more honest. Bad ideas die cheaply and good ones show up early.

  3. Then the computer

    Only once the idea is right do we build it out, refine the typography, and hand you files that work everywhere you need them.
